About Us
Friends For All is non-profit, a non-governmental charitable organisation registered in accordance with The Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) 2005 Act of OSCR.
Our Mission
Our mission is to improve the quality of life for people with social barriers to employment.
Our Aim
Our aim is to help young people that are facing major barriers to employment, for example, people with a history of offending, alcohol problems or homelessness, progress into employment and/or further education. Our programme will afford them a wider opportunity to showcase new skills and be employable. Also, our project covers the Elderly, Single, Lone parents and women whose self-esteem have been damaged either by their lifestyle, ethnic origin or by domestic violence and abuse.
We run projects that promote friendly relationships, enhance life chances and build bridges across one’s limitations. Our projects are open to everyone in need of help, and who wishes to take part. We create the enabling environment for our clients to be independent and to be employable. Our programmes are flexible in their approach with services tailored to fit individual needs and helping people with the transition from offending to good citizenship, from benefits to wages.
Our Objectives
Our mission is to improve the quality of life for everyone, especially, for people with social barriers to employment.
To empower community with the right skills and training required to harness local resources and opportunity.
To build a network of confident people who are self motivated and reliant to achieve whatever they set their minds to achieve.
To build lasting friendships and promote community interaction with the community.
